40-80 goes wednesday, friday everytime. horse plus omaha high, 2-7td and they've been throwing in some badugi here and there. Obv only 2-7 when it gets shorter. GAME IS GOOD IMO.

Brown - plo goes from 1-2 with a $5 bring in. That plays ****ing huge. 5-10 runs sometimes but it's usually 10-20.

Also was at 226.8 this morning. I think is the first off day I've had where I didn't eat over my calories. I'm bad at dieting.

Slight incline db flies, 2 x 15 x 17.5's
Cable cross overs, 2 x 20 x 30 a side
Seated dumbbell press, 3 x 10 30's (easy) 35's next time
Db side lateral raises, 2 x 15 x 10's
Cable tri ext, 2 x 20 x 60
Straight bar curls, 2 x 15 x 45
cable Face pulls, 2 x 15 x 50
Superset cable curls w/overhead tri ext, 2 x 20 ea (80 reps total) 50/70


Pretty happy with how everything is progressing. Really focused on leg drive with bench. Didn't really need it till the last two reps. I guess I'll just have to focus on my bench all over again.

10/20 has been going a lot more. Game is super deep but not so great. Half internet whiz kids, a quarter nits and a quarter of spewy fish. Game plays huge normally and mega huge when certain people are in. Please god tell me you're visiting!

30 minutes on the bike. Actually going to add cardio on tue and thur.


New sleep schedule is going to look something like this. Get home from work around 7am sleep for 5 hours. Up from noon till like 7:30 pm. Sleep till 9:15. Rinse repeat. As much as my work schedule sucks. I can't use it as an excuse to miss out on training/time with my family.
