I skipped a week too, then tweaked my back. Prob have to start back at 200 after peaking at 285 a month ago. Squats are ghey.
Bet you can get your bench on the move again if you start doing some pullups. Since starting (bastardized version of) Greyskull, my bench is feeling awesome again after some stagnation. So freaky that upper back work is such a great assistance exercise.
