It's amazing how many excuses I can create to avoid KB training even though I actually enjoy once I start. Wish I had that kind of creativity in my guitar playing and writing.

I'm going to try to hike one of my old training loops 1x/week this month to start getting some longer exercise periods in and also for the elevation training. It's 4.4 miles with 1800' of elevation gain over 2 summits.
After this month I'll switch to doing it 1x/month until October as it's a good way to gauge my overall conditioning.
It will take me somewhere around 2+ hours in my current shape, but by October I'm thinking to shoot for a goal of sub 66 minutes.
