Death By Pullups 11Rounds+7 The last two rounds (Complete Round +7) were absolute hell. 15 rounds by J Brown is just disgusting.

Weighted Dips 1x12x45 1x10x45
I found out that you can sign out a weight-belt so I got to use a plate instead of dumbbells. Not having to hold a dumbbell between your feet is great.

Also, Deadlift Videos coming in a minute. Please critique them if you get a chance because I know they need work. They were actually much "better" today than in the past because I realized I needed to narrow my stance to get in a better starting position.

Things that are wrong?

-I need to get my chest up more at the start to get my back straighter.
-Something with the initial lift... Hips moving before bar?
-Looks like I lift with my arms on a couple reps.

Please let me know how to improve my DL.

I actually just noticed that I did double overhand instead of mixed grip. That's the first time I have done weight that heavy with a double overhand.

start with rip's cues man. that bar is moving all over the place before you lift, your hips are obviously too low, and your back (lumbar and thoracic) is pretty much rounded before the bar moves.

What is funny is I felt like I was following Rip's cues. Now that I finally have a video to compare to I can see how badly I'm not.

Rewatching Rip's video makes me realize just how bad that set really was.

Squat 3x10x245 I did some heavy rehab stuff 2 hours before lifting today so I went light on squats.

Press 3x5x150 1st set was really hard... I had to get really "intense" to get them done

Powercleans 5x3x170... I got help on my set-up for this and deadlifts today which should solve most of the horrendous DL issues I had.

Workout Partner and I both had midterms today so we decided to lift tomorrow instead.

Got a quick 30 min "cardio" workout in.

1mi on treadmill

500m Row 1:42.2 I tanked so badly the last 125M. I was on pace for 1:33 through 375.

1000m Row 4:15

Bunch of Box Jumps

50 Burpees

I used a belt for the first time today.

Squat 3x5x330 The belt made this MUCH less fatiguing on the lower back although I felt it much more in my legs. It was definitely a different feeling and the belt will take some getting used to.

Bench Press 3x5x240

Deadlift A ton of practice reps at 135,185,225 1x5x265
Form is still meh... Will video again next time with specific questions

Dips 1x8x45, 1x3x90, 1x3x115
