Hella ez too!
Ok, so I'm back on the grind. Today I woke up in the 7am hour and was loafing until I went to the gym around 8:30 to do some fasted cardio.
I never went this long on ANY machine, ever and it was at a pretty good intensity (85 steps/min). I'm really not sure if it's necessary to do intervals on the stepmill since each time I get on is like the first time and I never seem to get conditioned to it, like I do with running. Here's what I accomplished in picture form because I love pictures.
I felt like throwing up afterwards for a variety of reasons, but got home and ate:
- 2.5 eggs with red peppers, scallion, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese
- 1/2 slice of bacon
- 1 large banana
- ~2 oz. vanilla chobani
I took a nap because I felt completely drained. I woke up ridiculously hungry and consumed 3/4 of a peanut butter Luna bar. Then about an hour or so later ate turkey with ketchup and a vanilla Oikos (so much more edible than vanilla chobani). I plan on going back to the gym in about an hour or so where I'm going to attempt 30 minutes on the stairmaster and 15 minutes on the elliptical. I don't plan on lifting today because I'm supposed to be getting killed tomorrow at the gym. Updates to come!
