ive really been looking forward to some velveeta shells and cheese...maybe some time this weekend...

just had some chicken and steak with a piece of pita bread and some hummus...

1/4 cup of olive oil

handful of almonds

big bowl of chili made w/tons of veggies, kidney beans, and 93% beef. + corn bread. so delicious

in the process of downing a gatoreade afterwards. Then I can do my lab and eat more at home later.

kirk,

I've been going ketogenic and starving 6 days a week, and carbing up all day friday (but lower fat), and for one nighttime meal Tuesday.

it worked until last week, when I may have carbed up like 3 days lol, so I maintained weight at 192. But now I'm starving and doing cardio so I hope for <190 next friday morning

soaked some chicken in balsamic vinagarette salad dressing, baked it, and had a huge ass bowl of rice with it. **** yeah i love rice

in about 20 mins I'm going to have some BEEF tenderloin, hummus, and pita. maybe a glass of fresh squeezed OJ with it

4 slices WW Bread
8 oz turkey
3 Slices Cheese
1 pickle
5 grape tomatoes
Lettuce
Hot Sauce
1 oz honey mustard

Obviously made 2 delicious turkey sandwiches for around 650 calories
