read through a lot of this log today, very sick lifts. its also good you respond to so many of the questions, helps noobs like myself out.

Got a decent lower body workout in today despite a pretty horrible hangover.

Double kettlebell snatch
3x4: 2x36kg (going to try and go up one rep a week)

Low bar box squat
2x3: 265 295
1x7: 335 (these were surprisingly pretty easy)

back extensions
3x10: bw+50

It helps quite a bit. I have probably gained about 3-4" on my standing vert from a high starting point, and getting the better of it virtually anytime there is contact makes a huge difference.

Decent lower body workout considering I did not get much sleep.

Snatch grip deads
225x3
260x3
290x5 (was pretty easy)

bulgarian split squats
2x8(each leg): bw+70 (did all reps explosively)

double kettlebell snatch
2x10: 2x24kg

Magic 50: 48lb kettlebell

snatch 5L,5R
swing 5L, 5R
10 burpees

lol, f**k this! i did it with a 40kg one time and about died. you are insane, lol. i'd prolly rather do it with a comp sized 48 than my RKC 40(grip just gets lol after awhile) but ****, thats crazy.

Thanks. And yea, I think my comp 48kg is actually easier for high rep stuff then my muscle driver 40kg.
