I kinda feel bad for thremp, tbh. What kind of a weirdo comes back to a forum after being banned like 7 times? This is clearly all VERY important to him. We can just walk away from our keyboards and go do fun ****; but I'm pretty sure this might be all he has as evidenced by him boomeranging back to 2p2 every single time. He'll probably get banned several times more and still come right back. Let him have his fun. It's trivial to us, but important to him.

Pete Rubish. He's early videos are just un-chained fury and craziness. Lately he's mellowed out and more coherent. His "nutrition" advice is more like prole meals for cheap+quick rather than anything you fancylads would probably need.

He's pretty close to a 1k dl @242 and has a good bench and sq, but afaik he's got some hip issues that prevent him from really being an elite squatter.

He's also quite open with his AAS use. moderate test low tren type of guy, massively ups the tren+orals immediatley before a meet.

ok, here's my #hottake.

- thremp has a long (loooonnnggg) history of being banned for basically doing what he has been doing here since his return. He argues. He attacks. etc. etc. No surprises, but it doesn't bother me.

- I get why one would consider ss's posts "erratic" (and although while I don't really know what "manic" means, I think that might be an exaggeration), but that just seems like a posting style he pulls out for some posts, and that's fine.

- thremp pulling out personal attacks on ss's relationship with family, etc. is very harsh, but if\when I post personal stuff on here, I accept that someone might insult me about it in a very harsh way. Like emoken said, that's the internet.

- i'm a bad judge of this kind of thing, because as emo pointed out, my attitude is very much "it's the internet, bro"

- i just stay out of thremp's lane and i'm sure he dun gaf about my posts either (I get that a lot of my posts are very low value and I'm ok with that too). i dun know why he went on a war against ss, i guess ss was just the squeakiest wheel that day and here we are!

They might be a bit "new age", but he might prefer the super training crew. Silent mike doesn't really do much detail, but he chats generally a lot about programming and nutrition.

The super training channel has been off the chain of late with plenty of "cross overs" between youtubers (alan thrall, omar isuf, etc.) and he gets some legit world class lifters and strong men on the channel... if you can handle a lot of poop stories.

The guy has been banned multiple times for doing the same thing. Sure, like someone else posted, it makes you think before you hit "post". But that also stops a bunch of people from posting, even if they did contribute to the conversation. He's kind of like a school yard bully. Whether he contributes or not, people just stay away. Has no one put 2+2 together to realize that Thremp shows up, and the posting in S&F drops in the LC thread?

It's a pretty simple formula. He finds a forum with absent moderation (I'm not saying that we need to go all Politics and ban anyone that remotely looks a little different) and then picks a poster that's slightly different then the rest to attack. No different than that one guy back in school that we all remember, Donny, Todd, whatever his name was at your school. Except we have no moderator here to keep him inline. It's amazing. He's Bos, but knows that there's no one to ban him, so he runs free.

If he'd just ctfo it would be fine. I have no beef with Thremp. When the guy sticks to not being a dick, he seems like an alright bloke to have around.
