Yup, it was lat. I rested everything for two whole weeks and all seemed good. I guess I just strained/pulled it pretty bad?
Push press is timing, keep at it and it will get there. There are plenty of days I go in and the timing is all wrong, just the way it goes, lol. But when it's on, oh is it on.
