1. Get lots of food.
2. Have a hot wife cook it for you.
3. Profit.
No, but seriously, my diet is about as simple as my training methodology. A standard day for me consists of 1 to 2 pounds of red meat or chicken, along with a pound of pasta (ftr, <3 hamburger helper). That all gets thrown together and I start eating at 8am. I eat on that until noon-ish, whether it's gone or not, then I usually grab a burger or something like that for lunch, then continue after lunch with the meat/pasta. Then it's just a standard dinner, steak and taters, chicken wings, something like that. Before bed is some snacks or ice cream with a lot of milk. This is the routine that I've been in for months now, and it usually takes me about two weeks to get used to eating so much, and even then it can be too much. Just last week I threw up mid-way during my lunch at a restaurant, only to sit back down and finish the meal. I was upset about the wasted calories, however. So the prep time is actually less than an hour a day, really just the meat and pasta cooking. I used to just cook huge quantities on sunday and put it in containers for the week, but the last time we did that we made a pan of chicken:
The problem with that plan? I ate it all in one sitting as soon as it was cooked, along with a box of mac and cheese. I did the same thing a few months back with 4 good size rib eyes and mashed potatoes. I had to up the fiber intake the next day after that one, lol.
So yea, cook huge quantities of food, put it in containers, and condition yourself to eat huge quantities of food.

Eh, I don't mind. It's good discussion.
