hero ainec

That squat bar looks really, really fun. Any downsides to it? Besides maybe price? What are you using to edit videos

Also, I show your pool jump video to everyone all the time.

Any lower and the plates will be bouncing off the ground.

How do you fail a cambered bar squat? Can you just dump it behind?

Go two inches lower and set the plates on the ground?

Nah, I can't really think of a downside to it. It's absolutely great for giving the shoulders and elbows a break.

I just use movie maker.

You don't.

Ya, I figure that I'll just dump it behind if I have to. Hopefully I won't find out, but after next week the weights start moving up every week....ending with a 300kg single. Not sure how that's gonna go with that bar, esp the walkout. That should math out to well over 7 on a normal bar though. Hmmm, maybe I'll test that too when I finish the program.

Re: I throw heavy stuff around...and I'm still out of shape

I was actually fairly disappointed that I can't touch the plates to the ground at the bottom. More mobility work me thinks.

With your arms down that low, how much force are you applying to the bar?

That sounds like a math problem I'm not prepared to answer.
