I have L4-L5-S1 issues (spondy + fractures) and don't handle the direct compression very well.

Plus I just like fronts better, and think they are better from an athletic standpoint.

If you trimmed your beard, you could bench more because your beard has its own gravitational pull making it harder to drive the bar away from it.

I am definitely weaker in mornings than evenings.

That bench looked fairly easy. Do you have a # goal in mind?
