Oh, bailing on any squat is just a 1.

That's one of the first things discussed whenever I teach someone to squat, how to dump the bar correctly. Spotters are just potential for additional injury imo. The floor never misses, and never gets hurt.

Ya, it's not a satiating amount of food for me, but a little willpower is all it takes.

Probably just keep at it for a couple more weeks to see how I look. Leaning out nicely though.
