75/day was more than sufficient personally. The stuff has side effects. Read up. The main one I experienced was light sensitivity, was somewhat problematic when driving. Very bad idea if you have any heart problems or anything at all like that. Really, from my experience and research, I think having any health issues period would be cause to abandon taking this stuff. At one point I woke up with a pain in my upper left back and quit the stuff immediately. Better safe than sorry.

Make sure your diet is in order with lots and lots of water, and be careful. Very effective stuff but you need to know what you're doing and not be a dumbass.

People got heart attacks from it and died.Young people with no heart disease developed arrhythmias and died from it. It was proven to cause strokes and seizures in people with no other risk factors.
It was banned after careful study by the FDA.
