Also, people who wear plaids with stripes?

Blue steaks are where it's at imo....People who eat well done steaks are basically barbarians and philistines.

Yeah, that salmon looks horrible. I think part of the problem is that people in US#37 rarely eat fish, so they treat 'em like beef or chicken. Then they overcook the **** out of their fish and complain about how terrible fish tastes. (general rant- not directed at OP)

Lunch: 539cals
2 slices of pumpernickel bread 238cals
150g cooked chicken pieces: 198cals
65g mozzarella light: 103cals

Dinner: 768cals
12 Oz rib eye steak: 600cals
*I was dubious about this calorific value, but MFP and packaging confirmed:
[IMG][/IMG]

Steak resting:
[IMG][/IMG]

Trimmed bacon: 48cals
300g cabbage: 75cals
5g coconut oil: 45cals

What dinner looked like:

[IMG][/IMG]

Dessert: 248cals

This was the brandy....Quite mild it has to be said, goes perfectly with a cigar!

Ironically what I'm finding on this weight loss plan, I am eating all the stuff I love to eat and have money to spend on the good stuff, as I'm not buying take out crap!

You did nothing wrong, he's just mad that he didn't get to win the pot. A lot of recreational players like to semi-collude to bust people near bubbles. But you should always be looking out for your own best interest. Gaining that extra fold equity with your flush draw shove on the bubble is good for you.

Also congrats on the massive weight loss!
