So I've spent the last few months studying in Europe traveling all around and stuff. I've drank more alcohol than I ever have in my entire life, I've also ate like absolute ****, sometimes eating 5 times a day, other times eating 0 times a day.
I went from working out 5 days a week to nothing. I will be returning home the day before Christmas, and I will be partying for new years and my 22nd birthday which is January 2nd.
I start university back up on January 7th, and I am definitely going to need to do a serious detox.
Does anyone have any opinions on the best way to go about this? I don't want to use to harsh of ways to detox, I was basically thinking of a solid 4-5 weeks of a gallon of water a day, lots of cardio, sauna, and eat really clean. Nothing but eggs, chicken, fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc.
I was thinking about supplementing it with some super dieter's tea.
Any opinions or things I can do to help would be awesome, or maybe a trip report of your own detox ways.
