Prices on everything in the USA are very, very good. Go ask someone from Germany what a Mercedes(German automaker) costs them. Go find out what a motorcycle costs in Russia, Brazil, or Australia.

In terms of prices of good, Americans have it very, very good.

Food prices in AZ are ridic. Chicken breast routinely gets as high as 4.99/lb and ny strip is never less than 8.99 on sale and more on a typical day.

Does a fat grip on the bench change much? I see some guys using them on the information superhighway but it doesn't seem like it would make the lift very different given the nature of the lift..

Keneally broke his record half a dozen times a few years ago & nothing's moved since. Guess they realized bench is boring too.

-coke can for scale
-prob about 6oz chicken
-don't count the sour cream or cheese, those are easy to get separate numbers on
-no tortillas

Don't go on Saturday, the place will be too crowded. Also, bring a jacket, even in summer, it's really cold inside.

Renton - is that basically just chicken and vegetables? Is that sauce anything significant? If it's just chicken/veggies, then I'd probably say like 250-300 calories and 40g protein.
