i saw that my goal in june was to deadlift 285, lol, sort of a stretch and I never even attempted to lift over 235 this month because i focused on doing as many good reps as I could.

I would like to weigh 157 by the end of July tho. That'd be cool.

A+. I think the love of chiros and hatred of doctors is simply based in ignorance and I'd like to clear that view up. Since 1) it can kill people 2) its dumb.

Alright lets look at last month's LC, the longest LC H+F thread OF ALL TIME. Let's break it down:



6 posters in triple digits ensured that the thread didn't get stagnant and was mixed with a good variety of helpful information, legit H+F discussion, plenty of LC chatter, and a nice amount of sexyness.

The MVP goes to veteran kidcolin with a career month, more than doubling his previous month's output. With such a big serge this late in his career I think he should be checked for PED's.

The Most Improved Poster award goes to The Yugoslavian soaring to a solid 2nd place finish. With his contract due to expire he has really been pushing to get a big contract and it looks like he will get his money.

The Welcome Back Award goes to Spenda who raced to a top 3 finish after being completely absent from the top 10 in the previous season. Well done.

And an honorable mention to Jdock who bubbled the leader board and showed off his multi-faceted trolling skills.

Man, I can't believe it. I woke up AGAIN today with my stomach in agonizing pain because I was so hungry. And I had been asleep less than 5 hours. AND I ate some cottage cheese and chips and salsa and a beer before bed. WTF MAN

Hmmm. I have some EC... but I don't wanna take it anymore. I haven't taken any for maybe... a year? I felt like it was really slowing me down when I wasn't on it and I didn't wanna become dependent on it.

I just take the caffeine when I wake up usually.

Do you experience anything like that?

The specific use for me worked well. I was drugged out and laying around for a month. Having that tape on my back reminded me not to allow my back to twist or go into flexion - that I am sure of.

If anyone wears that tape expecting it to improve their vertical jump, they are delusional.

I can see how that tape would do nothing if it was not used properly or if someone expected it to do something that it wasn't meant for. It is what it is - good for kinesthetic awareness when properly used.
