Re: H&F Whiteboard Discussion Thread

I do my overhead press with dumbbells and have done 5 reps 150 lbs within the last week(75 lb dumbbells). I have no opinion on whether or not this should count though.....will be fine with the judges' decision either way.

Also, I just want to see whether you can lift things that aren't cannonballs.
i hpc'ed 265 a couple months ago , but i think i can actually do more now. i'm coaching the crossfit coaches at the affiliate close to me pretty soon, so maybe i'll be able to get some numbers for everyone. i would also be willing to post numbers and prop bet anyone who doesn't believe me.

also i think the best KB event is OALC with a 40kg bell.

Assani, dumbells are just too sketchy with ROM. Rock the barbell for a day man!

Also put OHS up there..maybe OHS 1rm and OHS max body weight reps or 15
Both are up. Whats your bodyweight so I can put you in the barbell club section (this goes for everybody if you want to be listed there).

Good call on OHS. I'll add them to the Crossfit stuff.

I should get my pair of 88s next week. Will have to try this. Can you put it down when resting?
