ran out of time for the rest.....tomorrow perhaps

I definitely felt like I could have gone faster, my form was kinda crap.

400m 1:02.91

Last 100 meters was pure pain.

i have a question for deadlifts. does it count if we use straps? i'm pretty much giving up on using a mixed grip because of my malformed elbows.

also let's get that "intermediate club" going. put me down for everything but power cleans. and bump up my squat 5rm to 5x310. and shouldn't the 1rm #1 never be less than the 5rm #1? it's that way in the press right now and similar in the squat.

Smiley, I just watched your 400 m run video - you look like I felt at the end, LOL.

400 m run progression
1st 100 m - getting up to speed
2nd 100 m - I am so fast, I am awesome, sub 1 minute for sure lolz
3rd 100 m - Uh, this sure started to get hard fast
4th 100 m - OMG I WANT TO DIE

instead of a new column for 5rm deadlift, i'd rather have a double overhand column if straps are out, but honestly i don't really care. although everyone should basically do something close to their double overhand 1rm any time they do heavy mixed grip deadlifts.

i can bang out 5-10 reps of the intermediate standards for my lifts. i'm right at borderline advanced on pretty much all of them, maybe a good 6 week goal to get advanced on everything.

I think I am advanced for everything except power clean (maybe 10-20lbs short) and back squat, but have never tried to max out a parallel low bar. I may give that a shot just to see if I can do it.

I don't think we can allow straps.

Need people to post weights so I can put in the "xxx lbs @ xxx bw".

I guess the 1rm vs. 5rm doesn't make sense now. I'd rather just get as many names up there as possible for the moment - it will work itself out. I don't think I've bumped anyone off a 5rm list when they would have been on the 1rm list. Let me know if I have.

5rm deadlift is too hard to determine because the weight is on the ground for an indeterminate period - or the person can touch and go with a bounce...

Adding a double overhand category is getting too specific imo.

(365@240) deadlift - table shows 363@242

and i just realized i'm a pound away from 311@242 on squat and i won't put my bench up till friday.

also if you want to add the date on the 5rm squat 310, it was 9/2

ya, love to be as "weak" as your raw bench

also, we need more videos guys, the whiteboard should be a way to brag but could also serve as a great learning tool for those newer to SS/Olympic/CF lifts.
