I should get my pair of 88s next week. Will have to try this. Can you put it down when resting?

5x305 squat for ****s and giggles here
and epic fail on the press here

i completely loose tightness (abdominal mainly) and as i start the bar upwards, my body goes even further back to a position i couldn't get out of.

Ahaha lol at the fail and your face. You were making it look v easy until the last rep, and even on the last rep it looked easy until that last 25% of the rep. 4x180 is still good though. Good job.

I did the 24kg-10min-kb-snatch-test with 113 reps today. Proof-pix of my hands afterwards in my log.

Hrmmmm, pretty sure I can beat 1min for 400m and 100% sure I can beat 19s for 100m... Might have to take a crack at them too. ^_<

Also, I think I'll post up a 500m row time tomorrow.

it looks higher than it really is because i'm behind the bar. the moment before the bar leaves my chest is the instant i failed that rep. you'll probably have to compare reps a few time to really see what happened, but you'll see how i relax and lean too far back setting myself up to fail. i think my glutes are pretty relaxed even and i'm just arching at my lumbar to lean back. it's horrible and will haunt me for two weeks.

you are a bit stronger than me so i may be talking out my ass a bit but i have never missed a rep once i got it that far past my face. i always miss sooner if that makes sense. great effort though, oh so close....

watch how far forward the bar is at the 27 second mark. the next second in the video is me muscling the bar back overhead where it should be. replay that second or two a bunch and you'll see me struggle to get under it. note my face even at 00:27. i am sad. i guess after all that i still had a little left in me to move it the rest of its upward movement but just not enough to lock it out.

or maybe what i should say is that i'd never miss a rep that got that high with good form which is why i keep saying that my real mistake happens right before the bar starts moving. it was having to get back under it from so far that killed the rep.
