I feel very confident about my form on every lift except squats, which are coincidentally the most important. I've already given up on LBBS because I can't seem to place the bar in the right spot. But I at least feel like with some improvement I might be able to do high bar. For now though it is the only lift I have made almost no progress at in a long time and can't seem to fix whatever I'm doing wrong.
This is the guys at California Strength HBBSing.

Not all of them have good form (Jon North has pretty bad knee cave e.g.), but the guy who starts in the link, Jared is pretty good imo.

I filmed myself today as well, I'll post that a bit later.

HBBS form checks (sumo DL refuses to load, grrr):

Set 1 (7 o'clock)
Set 2 (9 o'clock)
Set 3 (6 o'clock)

Without someone yelling at me to rotate the elbows forward, they sliiide back in a LBBS position, doh.

I noticed on set 3 that the bar is kind of uneven (and rep 3 is ugly). Wonder if my legs are the same length?

Do you work out at four star? I just joined there

Squat looks good. On Deadlift, hips should probably start a little higher.

Yeah, I do and I just got my twin brother to sign up this month. Pretty low price so I may keep my GloboGym membership too for ****s and giggles, and to scare everyone once I finally get strong by coming in and lifting massive weight.

Back seems to lose extension just a tad maybe at the bottom. :/

hard to tell from the angle, but it looks like your knees are moving forward quite a bit...are you being sure to sit back?

Some advice requested on these deadlifts (in blue shirt ldo). Please ignore the douche walking in front of the camera after I specifically asked him not to.

5 x 235

Is the back rounding egregious? Pointers welcomed

Hmm...I shove my knees out and try and keep the weight back. I'll have to do a side angle next time to check it out.

Chest up -> tighten everything before you pull.

Here's a video of me squatting 145. Please comment on form.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6R7K3FWwaYk

I'm not sure if my bar position on my back is right. I think SS recommends low bar squats, but idk if I'm doing high or low bar.

Looks like high bar squats to me, which is perfectly fine. I do those too. You have a little buttwink at the beginning that gets worse towards the end. Focus on tightening the back. You're going plenty deep. If you lose a tiny bit of depth to keep your back tight, that's fine.

Microsoft Movie maker (free) can be used to both rotate (click "effects" and then "rotate xx") and also to trim out extraneous material if you want. I won't comment on the form as I am no expert.

Problem is that I have the movie on my phone and I have lost the cord that connects it with my computer so I can only upload it directly from my phone (crap nokiaphone)

i am having trouble understanding something about the clean. I see videos where people literally jump and videos where they don't actually leave the ground. Reading in Rip it seems like you are supposed to leave the ground but then I see (for example) this video thirddan posted where it seems like it's just the heels coming off a little. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4i7ZWuT10ZY

My trainer basically said that at lower weights (all my reps since starting a month ago have been 65-95) it isn't necessary to leave the floor and as weight increases you need more leg power which is why you see people cleaning 200 or whatever with a full jump.

We did reps today both ways and it all felt pretty awkward bc I'm trying to think about five different things at once. Reps where I fully jumped were the most awkward though. Generally, though, what should my feet be doing during the second pull?

I will have videos in two weeks, trainer is going to video all my lifts next time I work with him.

it's pretty accepted that the cue "jump" is wrong and only used in USA by coaches who don;t understand the lift well.

the weight should stay on the heels through the pull which sometimes means your heels come up and it looks like you are on your toes but are not. many coaches say that time with the feet off the ground is wasted time getting under the bar. getting under efficiently is the key in snatch and clean.

not this. sorry dan. no jump, no shrug. explosive hip extension and under the bar. (the shrug that is commonly seen is a lifter pulling himself under the bar, not shrugging the bar higher)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cm1CwVNo4Zk

this video includes perfect snatch, clean and squat. the hip explosion moves up from the heels and then he is racing under the bar. this guy is one of the most explosive lifters i've watch. Hip hit, and high tail it under is the key.
