Just saw this video and found it pretty useful.

KP,
Looks like you need to shove your hips back much further on the decent. On rep 2 you can see the bar move around the knee. Looks like you have a bit of rounding off the floor.

Rows look good to me. Make sure you start the motion by retracting your scaps (hard to tell if you were already doing that)

Thanks a lot for your guys' help!
I suck at benching, but here are my thoughts.
1. Find a flat bench. That one looks like it will make it hard to be a proper setup.
2. Doesn't seem like you are solid. Your legs move a lot during the movement. I suggest keeping your feet flat on the ground and driving through the heels to keep your body solid. If you ever do competitions, some of them require that your feet are flat.
3. As mentioned, keep your elbows in and don't flare them out.

First of all, thanks everyone for the feedback!

Will see about my squats, I sometimes think that my weight might not be properly on my heels, so you have a point there. Should I try and get a video without the chucks just wearing socks?

For the bench:

Yeah, the bench that we have really does suck, the problem is that it is the only one and the squat rack is not really fit for benching in it (tried it once)

So, 45 degree angle should be achieved with the elbows right? Mine are definitely more at a 70 or so. I will also try to keep the feet grounded. I actually got the feet setup from the Dave Tate video, but it's one thing to see it and another to implement it.

Great feedback guys, will shoot some new videos soon to see if I could change my form somewhat.

Thanks again

Konrad

Looks good to me.

Maybe a little deeper than needed on some of the reps

***on some reps You look as though you are twisting at the bottom-force your knees out equally to counteract that and possibly work on increasing flexibility if tightness on one side is causing that.

Stay tighter in your lower back

***only thing I feel strongly about

little bit of back rounding on the late reps. In general I think each rep progressively starts a little further out in front than it should. The bar path is a line back towards your body. Need to shore up your starting position a bit and try to get your shoulders back behind the bar (mental cue).

Aidan: PC

Looks ok. Does not look as though you getting full extension though.

Middle figure in this pic.

Also looks like you might be arming it a bit.

Thanks, appreciate the feedback! Definitely seems like i'm short by a varying but large amount on the different reps from getting to full ext.

Any cues to fix the "arming" of the bar? I try to turn my elbows out, and Im guessing its combined with the above problem in that my arms break before i get to the top of the pull. Will keep working on it!

R,
When you break you seem to be driving the knees forward and not enough sit back from the hips. The weight in your feet looks like it is shifting from the heel to the toe especially rep #3. I'd work on sitting back way more and going a bit deeper.

Just added this back in after 10+ year layoff!! Ha. To me looks like slight upperback rounding.

You are wobbling around, and on your toes.
