On this note, I was at the gym recently and there was a fairly obese woman who literally did 40 minutes on the C2 rower followed by stationary bike. I left when she was on bike so I do not know how much cardio her total workout was but it must have been impressive.
If this is her normal workout (which it probably is, I am guessing it takes some time to build up that kind of cardio even if it is on a machine) I wonder if she really thinks she is burning 10,000 calories, or whatever the screen is telling her.
