Mine are pretty easy. Usually its some variant of a heinous pull and a terrible bar path. When the bar is ~8 inches from your body at chest/shoulder level, you don't really need much more than a good "wtf is wrong with you?"

Today I didn't go to train. Because I went out last night. But mirrko is sickly so dun matter. Here is his commentary over MSN on my snatch:

mirkko: ye i saw yous mistakes that you have in snatch
mirkko: trhere are many

how can a professional musician do that stuff isn't the risk of hurting his hands/wrists too big?

Re: General Gym Observations

all 8 flat benches were being occupied by ppl who were doing everything but using the bench it was unreal ...... using it as a rest spot after doing their weak ass ROM bicep curls, laying a full towel over the bench while doing standing shoulder press in front of it, using it for dumb ab exercises ........ massive tilt inducement

so you didnt ask them to move or anything right?--that would be too embarassing. you just waited and bottled up the anxiety and posted here. thanks for the good story.

Re: General Gym Observations

for once i agree with Josh J. You really couldn't ask them to move the towel?

Re: General Gym Observations

Can't most of the top super heavyweights hb squat like 800+ raw? I really hope he medals and breaks the snatch world record at some point in his career, even if he doesn't do it in 2012.

Re: General Gym Observations

It'd be pretty tough to get the math to work without them doing it. Unless you're Pisarenko and allegedly clean 280 while recovering with weights > PR front sqat.

Re: General Gym Observations

being the world record holder in the snatch is meaningless compared to being the world record holder in the C&J imo
