Fair enough.

No. Your log is a complete joke. Its like a textbook on what not to do. Unless you're on teh juice. In which case it hits the nail on the head. "Do whatever you want and let chemicals cover the gaps." The "article" you proposed about back stuff is a farce and judging by the snippets of what you write its likely terrible.

I really don't have a problem with you as a person, nor know you as such. I could care less what you do with your time or your goals or whatever. You just provide across the board horrid advice (except maybe the get off you off your ass and do something, which is good) and try to substantiate it with "look at me I'm huge ergo I'm correct", which is just a terrible line of thought and indicative of poor critical thinking skills.

This is why I'm think you're a clown and a jopke. Half the stuff you do or propound is circa 1985 Mike Metzer/Arnie hodge podge that is ineffective and mostly counter productive for the vast majority of people.

lol, Jihad is such a laid person irl. He also might have the coolest job known to man. Do a search, he's talked about it.

And calling jihad one of the worst posters is simply ******ed.

I think my new favorite gym character is the guy who loudly grunts and groans on every single lift like he's starring in a porno.

Please. Substantiate this. Find a redeeming post. Maybe even splice two or three together and see if you can post something that he vaguely said that isn't complete idiocy or blatantly wrong.

Does anyone else let out screams as a joke? I find this hysterically funny when used sparingly.

Usually the most in shape chicks do lunges.

LOL at fat chicks leaning on the stair master barely moving an inch at a time.

Genes are better than working out from my observation. (edit - my point is some chicks work out all the time and they still suck, it's either diet or genes)

Dudes wearing dated **** get me, like short shorts or funky tank tops, I even see dark socks and tennis shoes, WTF?

I love the round fat guy who is in the gym for the first and last time doing crunches as fast as humanly possible.

I never work in with someone, there is always another machine or excercise that is why I hate the way some a holes barge in and demand to work in.

I hate loud annoying grunting while working out. Also people who don't wipe up sweat and people who freaking STANK!!!!

I hate when the same treadmills are always wackd out and stop going at certain speeds.

I hate that there are too few dumb bells (how much could a few extra cost?)

I hate having to carry my membership card, why can't I just swipe a finger print somewhere?

Working out is the best hobby in the whole world!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2nd is poker.
you have a lot of hate

Back on topic.....

- Black dudes are always huge and ripped with skinny chicken legs
- in the studio room where people do their stretching and ****.....when chicks lie down on their backs on the mats especially with the lower torso/hips twisted to one side, i get turned on. When dude does it, I want to hurl.
-I always stereotype chicks who do the "bad girl " machine even if they are not hot

I don't think I've ever posted a life story. Back in my OOT days though some stuff came up. Funny how much I hate OOT now. I can barely stand even looking at the topics.

something about how his uncle was a d-bag to him as a kid .. so when he was older/bigger and the uncle had a new pregnant wife he mentioned about how he beats kids and had the uncle by the balls/wife crying in an already shaky marriage.. something awesome to that effect

In the past 3 weeks I've watched black folks doing OHS, power cleans, power snatches, one armed snatches, one armed barbell snatches!, and a brutal complex of high rep power cleans, jerks, and steps-ups. The White Man (other than some OHS and power cleans from me) didn't do any of this. This is in a gym where blacks are a minority.

So I guess my general gym experience is the opposite of yours. Bros are relatively over represented doing athletic and strength stuff and not in any way top heavy.

doesnt mean they dont work out hard. Alot of black guys are just built like that. They are usually fast as lightning.

People underestimate the power of lifting when absolutely pissed off to no end. "heavy" weight I did 15 reps instead of 5. This is undescribable anger

1. Lots of people have no idea how to lift weights/do exercises correctly.
2. You can use the gym mirrors to check out girls without them knowing you're being a creep.
3. Personal trainers (at my gym, atleast) are a waste of time and money.
4. This is sort of a weird, personal belief. Middle-aged (32-40 I guess) women really want to get banged. They keep themselves in pretty good shape at the gym during the day while their husbands are at work. They read all those whack women's magazines about 10 secret sex tricks and how to keep your face looking youthful and crap like that, and they're always looking at/flirting with different guys at the gym. Their fantasy is to bring that trainer from the gym home and let him beat it up like she's 23 years old again. This is an unusual observation, but I see these women in the gym and it's all I can think.
1. Amen. It's amazing how many gym noobs will think they're "lifting heavy" when in reality, their form is complete and utter garbage and in reality, they're just jerking the weights up.

2.Girls know you're checking them out. Even if they're not into you, they want the small amount of attention.

3.It's so true.

4. I really only responded for this one. I used to work w/ a guy at a casino who was the manager at the gym I belong to (long before we even knew each other) and he claimed it was a complete and utter romp-fest. They would bang milfs in the back offices when it was slow in the mornings. Bring in female clients after hours and have at it. Any thing you can think of, was done on the premises. So when you see a trainer talking to a girl at the gym, there's a very good chance he's ****ed or is currently ****ing her.

Ya this is the dominant sight at the gym. Almost everyone has deplorable technique.
Its all about ramming out the reps with over max weight.
Geez doesnt anyone get oreinted to the proper form etc.

less of a funny observation and more a serious question.

today i saw a guy on the treadmill who weighed around 300lb. he had two bottles of gatorade he was chugging while walking.

do any of you tell the guy he's taking in more calories than he'll burn during his time on the treadmill? i never mind if people chat me up about their workout but my friend gets quite offended by it. what's a nice way of telling someone a fitness 101 so the person may not be offended?

I think telling people anything in the gym is kind of like telling them who to vote for or what church to go to. No good can come of it.

yeah the odds of him responding with "really? im kind of new to this working out thing, thanks for the tip!" is like 1:100

Being 300 lbs, he probably burns like 400 calories every 6 steps.
