Last week a 23-year-old or so girl loaded a bar in the squat rack with a ten on each side. She then set an aerobics-type pad next to the rack. She looked be to be fit but didn't appear to be a lifter at all, at probably just slightly over 100 lbs.
I didn't care much as I didn't need the rack, but I was expecting the worst. Well, she used the pad to do around 25 real push-ups (from the toes, not the knees). She then supersetted that with 15 - 20 or so overhead ATG squats, for at least five sets.
