Working people can't figure out in the morning that they are going to the gym and that they don't want to look like a complete idot at the gym? Get a little gym bag, throw in some cool work out gear and a combo lock and you are good to go!

They just don't want to get a second pair of socks dirty and don't care what anyone thinks.

Yeah I wear ******ed looking gear at the gym sometimes. I don't give a heck what all the semi-**** ogglers think and I don't want to get another set of clothes dirty. Back when I was single I would make sure to wear good clothes in case there were ladies.

I do draw the line at dress shoes though.

Its not a question of "good" clothes; long shorts and a basic tee is fine, its a question of appropriate clothing. Don't want to get another set of clothes dirty and you aren't single? What do you think biatches are for?

plz to be recommending a good powder for the next time I buy.
Try micronized creatine...

Bodybuilding.com carries it...

I got 1000 grams for $20 (I think it was by "Higher Power Nutrition")

It mixes easily in water and is really easy to drink...

So...yea...people do not know how to spot correctly.

I work out alone which I prefer, approach random workout dude who I've talked to b4, tell him I need help getting the 90lb dumbbells up for chest press. Ask him to grab my elbows after I kick back the weights and "push them to the sky". He must not understand english at all b/c that didn't happen.

**** my life; run goot one time plz

There's always some ******* using the squat rack for bicep curls, even though there are hundreds of barbells and dumbells that he could do these with. And also there's a minimum 4:1 ratio of benches to squat/power racks.

I hate when the gym people get on the loudspeaker and give sales pitches on gym memberships. I hate busting my balls on the treadmaster and the cleaning lady starts squirting her cleaning stuff all over the window in front of me.

I assume if ppl need help like this they are using too much weight. I hate spotting ppl on dumbbells.

I hate Mr. boxing guy who has to shadow box in the middle of the gym. Why are aerobic teachers often chunky? Why do huge dudes have to walk around with their arms away from their sides and chest out with that real menacing look?

LOL at the cobra back walk, especially on skinny dudes with no back muscles. Guys who want to come off like gangbangers do that crap all the time.

I've never seen a chunky aerobics teacher except for the ones who teach old people and are old themselves.

i'm not huge and i don't do the menacing look, but i have some serious natural internal rotation going on (i fail the **** out of the pencil test) and i always think people prob think i am doing the arms away from the sides thing.

uhh no, sometimes kicking weight up is difficult due to the low level of the benches and the angles and such. If I need help getting the weights over my chest but can do 6-7 good reps with no spot, explain to me how that is using too much weight. I'm curious. You ever see a guy on the bench press getting help lifting the bar before rep 1, same thing.

well my arms have always done this since before i lifted a weight. and my dad's always did this and stuff so i figure it is natural.

And most of the excercising i do is deadlfiting, pullups and running, i don't really see how it could be anything but natural.

One thing I've noticed lately is girls that wear basketball to the gym are generally fat. Girls should only wear short shorts imho.

-my gym is so cold that when im not actively working out i shiver.

-men are awful at stretching. guys come over, bend and touch their toes for five seconds, then go work out.

-people cheat on the cardio time limits and consistently write down the wrong start time.

-if you are reading a magazine while you are working out, you're doing it wrong.

-celine dion is trapped in my gym's speakers making days without my ipod brutal

-people look at me strange when i don't do an intense cleaning job on a machine where only my hands are touching. also note that freezing temperatures prevent sweating most of the time, so there is nothing to even wipe off.

My gym plays a constant loop of Gwen Stefani and Shaggy. Sometimes I think they're intentionally playing the worst music they can find to drive people out.
