I swear to god this is my problem. It is embarrassing that I squat only 20 lbs more than I bench (and I've put up 305 on bench). And it's not for neglecting legs either... sigh (except that I did tear my MCL twice so that hindered some working out).
As a story - when I was in high school and doing driver's ed, the instructor told me I had to sit on a pillow when I drove. I was 6'1, he was about 5'5. I was like, you've got to be kidding me, I'm like 8 inches taller than you and you don't sit on a pillow. His response?
"Yeah, but you're all legs. You got a stumpy torso."
