That chart is kinda lols. No one with a regular job in the US works less than 2k. Decent jubes will push 3k+

On the subject of John Bolton, after a quick glance at wikipedia I notice many similarities. He is/was banging some chick from Wellesley. I recently tried to **** a girl from Wellesley. He has a sweet mustache. I sometimes look at the pictures of Mile's mustache wishing I could grow one. Mr. Bolton was instrumental in derailing a Biological Weapons talk. The doodoo I'm about to take could likely be mistaken for a biological weapon.

I'm going to have to spend more time learning about this fine man.

Having to work out with the unwashed masses lately (being on vacation), I can say that lateral raises are 100% the most popular exercise.

I overheard a funny bro moment in the gym the other week. One guy was teaching his friend how to do one arm bicep curls with like 30 pound weights. I guess you have to learn bicep curls nowdays? The guy who he is teaching says, "how do I know when to stop and switch arms." The guy who is teaching him says, "You don't stop until you can't do anymore bro" The two bro's go on to do a few hundred curls with their right arm, and the then switch to the left and do a couple more hundred. Gave me a good bro moment chuckle.

Bodybuilder guy asked me to sit on the top of the leg press for him because there was no more room for 45's (think he had like 9 on each side).

well the chart leaves me corrected, though also shows brits/ euros are not lazy. what you say in the quotation is true here too. its even true in france (they have a max working week, but my dads colleagues in france all lie about the hours they do and work way more + work dinners etc.

On the sled, there should be a top thing with an extra place to stack more plates.

I was specifically talking about working out, which is rather commonplace among the middle class in the US, whereas pretty lul in Europe. Well maybe not somewhere sweet like Bulgaria.

I was thinking more along the lines of:

"Bolton was highly successful in pushing his agenda, but his bluntness has won him many enemies."

But the parallels are endless.

Your definition of sweet is pretty weird, Bulgaria is teh suck at everything in life. Also I saw some articles that Norwegians are the bestest at working out/exercising in Europe or something, obv too lazy to search. But we rock.

I looked at it today when I was at the gym: the actual press part is not a flat plate, it bends up at the top, so there is a gap in the back at the bottom where the plates would probably slide through.

Are any of those heart rate monitors on the bikes ever accurate? I was trying to do some interval training today using heart rate instead of timed intervals and the thing was terrible. Bad bike or are they all garbage or was it because of the fast increase and decrease in hr?

I notice, of the guys who clearly spend a lot of time at the gym, the white guys tend to be big and beefy, while the black guys tend to be slightly smaller but much much more cut.

You probably count crap like scaling glaciers/alpine skiing to get the grocery store as exercise. I call BS.

The ones built into the machines are hit & miss. The ones you can buy with a strap around your chest and you wear a watch - those work really well.

Been going to my school gym a lot more just because I hate being around old people in my other gym, it's a very stale environment.

Guy was repping 365 deep squats for about 4 sets, prob 6-8 reps. ****ing beast

but then rather than pillaging a village afterwords he went to the leg press machine, and I lost a little respect

when will people learn that the leg press is such a piece of **** exercise
