I saw that chick again today stacking up dumbells in a pyramid by a squat rack. I didn't take a picture dead monkey, but to add to the description; she is Asian, probably mid to late thirties. She had on new green Nike outfit with shorts so tight you could see her uterus and I guess she has several pairs of beats to match the fits so they were green today also. Six pack is starting to show. My hate for her is likely burning extra calories off of her from across the room.

Also today there was some guy who was having his girlfriend do squats. All good ofc, good on them for doing them. She was squatting an empty bar and going somewhat reasonable depth (almost parallel but not quite) Thing was she was making this loud sound at each rep, and it sounded like a pornstar getting a good pounding. Even more weird was that she was doing it AFTER each rep, so she would squat down, get up and after like a full second she would let it rip.
I thought that was weird. Not sure if she was just having a laugh or what.

Southeast Asians seem to have no concept of giving a discount for buying in bulk. You can go to a hotel or guesthouse that has 75% vacancy and it will be $20/night and $600/month. They just don't get it.

I notice when I buy an ice cream or any product you can usually get double the size for like 5% more money but in Thailand double the size is double the price.

I think at my gym here in Cambodia the price for 6 months membership is like 98% of the monthly price. They're leaving a ton of money on the table because the whole point of casual gyms is to get people to buy 6-12 month memberships that they don't make use of.

Just now: bro doing smith machine squats with his feet a foot in front of the bar sort of sitting back into it, with a whopping 10lbs per side and his fellow bro taking pictures. Naturally such a raw display of power has to be documented for the ages.
