For some reason I could barely get the dumbell up with my left arm for incline press, the pressing itself was fine, getting it up was the problem (twss). Could be because I've barely eaten since an early dinner last night and the fact that I was rushing through everything to get home for dfs.

I failed a bench rep and my left shoulder didn't feel good after so I dropped weight for ohp and took it easy on arm stuff.

Cycle 2/ week 3 DL 5/3/1 with 360 1RM, felt ok. I used chalk and did mixed grip for all of the reps and also went w/o shoes for the first time in a while. I noticed recently that my left foot steps/stands differently than my right when I'm wearing the shoes I've been deadlifting in. I think it's because the sole is much more narrow than any other shoes I wear so for whatever reason my left foot leans toward the outside while the right remains even/normal.
