(3 warm-up sets)
both sets with really good technique, i might need longer breaks than 4-5 day including DL in between to be able do perform optimal.
After the 2 sets i heard "what dont kill you makes you stronger..." in the radio , and i suddenly relized that i wanted to do 3x12 instead of 7-8 reps.
I decided "what dont kill me makes me stronger" and kept the bar loaded at 60kg.
Time for a Widowmaker.
Went pretty well, my legs didnt give up as early as my lungs.
Had to take breaks for 4-5 breathes at the end, while standing with the bar rested on my shoulders, which already seemed to be placed a bit lower and to the front than usual
My condition is suboptimal, and i seem to need longer breaks than 4-5 days, when i want to do FS and DL regulary.
I will think about this and what to do with my work-out schedule during the next days.
