Last time i didnt do any leg-exercise, cause my lower back didnt allow me to.
Today, 2 days later, it felt good enough to deadlift a new PR.

Deadlifts:

(3 warm-ups)

6x 142,5kg

4/5x 140kg


First set felt really good and technique was way better than with 5x 140 the last time. I kind of feel like I already improved my lower back with a single work-out with dumbell stiff-legged DL. I felt way more hard and straight during both sets today, just forgot how much i made in set 2.
My CNS seams to have build new connection in my brain to deadlift more str8 after only doing 3 sets of DB S-L DL in a single work-out 4 days ago. Mind blown.
Did 2 sets of DB S-L DL's today, too, and i just know that this exercise will be my biggest help to dealift 220kg asap.

I have a desktop-background of a barbell with 100kg loaded on each site, lying on the floor of an old hardcore gym. In gray letters, there is "what are you waiting for?" written in the middle of the screen, with the T's being crosses, like on a graveyard.
I wont change this ****ing picture untill i lifted 220kg, and it already bothers me hard on every day that i cant go to deadlift.

On saturday i will hopefully be able to do FS again.
I intend to do a lil higher rep stuff at squats now, to not **** up my knees too hard, combined with the heavy DL. Maybe i can even train every second day like that, instead of only 3 days a week.
In a few weeks, i will see how this is working out, but i already have a good feeling.
With my given physiques, my height and long legs and arms, i can dealift a lot better than i am able to squat, and i will make use of that.
Dont think that i risk any dysbalance when i keep on doing Frontsquats with mainly 8-15 reps, instead of 3-8.
Also i will have a bigger profit of the good effects that FS have for the posture.
It trains several muscles in between the ribs, which usually dont get any work, while their antagonists get a lot of work.

I missed my sunday work-out cause i grinded (and shipped) a micro tournament till 8 in the morning. Won +600$ and will do my next FS workout tomorrow, on monday.

I will do either do 3x 12 reps, or something like 8x, 12x, 20x on monday
Definintely going to do high rep stuff this time.

Next time i deadlift, i will try some deficit deadlift with heavy weight, which is a lot like a frontsquat, when you start at the ground. Thats the main reason why i do my FS in a high rep range, to be able to lift heavy deficits better on my next DL-day.
Also i never did a single set of FS where i really gave 100% with 12 or more reps.
Gonna be a real fight.

both sets with really good technique, i might need longer breaks than 4-5 day including DL in between to be able do perform optimal.
After the 2 sets i heard "what dont kill you makes you stronger..." in the radio , and i suddenly relized that i wanted to do 3x12 instead of 7-8 reps.
I decided "what dont kill me makes me stronger" and kept the bar loaded at 60kg.
Time for a Widowmaker.

20x 60kg

Went pretty well, my legs didnt give up as early as my lungs.
Had to take breaks for 4-5 breathes at the end, while standing with the bar rested on my shoulders, which already seemed to be placed a bit lower and to the front than usual .
My condition is suboptimal, and i seem to need longer breaks than 4-5 days, when i want to do FS and DL regulary.
I will think about this and what to do with my work-out schedule during the next days.

Really getting back at it 3 times a week now.
Today was DL day:

(3 warm-up sets)

5x 145kg

9x 130kg

9x 120kg


Wont do 3 sets anymore, i much prefer to only do 2 heavy sets and a bit more assistance-exercises afterwards. If I go as far as i can, i dont have energy for 3 sets, its not like 5x5, its really intense now.

From now on, I will keep my first set at 145kg untill i am able to do 9 reps.
Up to this point, i wont up the weight.

I gave up with my nutrition-schedule of half a gallon milk and 10 eggs. It sucked so much to drown some eggs with a glass of milk late in the evening, I cant describe it.
Also i stopped eating toast and only eat solid german dark-bread now. Eating healthy suits me way better than eating to get big.

I will stop running this thread.
Its simply too boring to post here and i have everything in my log-book, too.
Before wrinting everything twice for no reason, I will simply let it be, cause i dont see any purpose to keep this going.
