Spent the better part of the last 3 years trying to get in good shape. Accomplished my goals and started playing poker again, really fell off of the wagon. Gained a basically all of what I lost last year back. in only a few months with some insane binge eating. Decided I gotta get back on the grind ASAP.
Previous stats: 373 lbs (oct 2013). no significant lifts

275.2lbs havent been to gym in 6 months.

going to work my ass off to get it back. will be posting weekly updates and counting calories again.

how does one gain 70lbs in 6 months? for entertainment purposes only i will post some of my food orders. these are all single sitting meals
