You obviously know how to lose the weight. The important part this time around is to be more self-reflective and discover what motivates these binges. What was different about yourself when you had just lost your 150th pound compared to the person you were at 373? What, if anything, is different about yourself today? It is difficult to imagine that you didn't ingrain some new behavior patterns during such a monumental weight loss journey.

Anyway, I guess my point is that you should take stock this time around. It's obviously more than just losing the weight again. Maybe start a journal where you write down whenever you have feelings about food or associate other non-food aspects of your life with binging. For example, if losing 500bb in a poker session triggered a binge, then that's something worth writing down.

Yeah great advice, its really hard to be self reflective during self destruction but I need to work harder at it. Some trends I've noticed is that I basically eat whatever is in front of me at every opportunity even if I'm full. A key part of my success earlier was just never having food around the house and shopping from day to day. Living in a big city having access to order food from anywhere online until 2am was definitely bad for my bottom line.

I think food also becomes something to look forward to. If I'm feeling lonely or bored it gives me like a solid 2 hour period of ordering, waiting, eating, where I can take my mind off of whatever is going on. Going to try to get out more, seeing other humans and exercising as a solution to my problems instead of eating.

To be honest poker/financial/living situation has been at an all time high over the last 3 months so I don't have great excuse for going as far as I did.
