Not too bad since it looks like the last time I mentioned weighing-in I was 204-205 and I haven't paid a bit of attention to calories.

Ice Cube would certainly approve.

We still haven't locked down a place as I'm trying to interview and possibly land a job before the move. I'm hoping we can find something in Capitol Hill or First Hill. May venture out to like Lower Queen Anne though if I get one of the jobs I'm interviewing for.

Thanks man. I do believe we are going to be driving through that area and seeing some friends/family on the trip through. Is there anything specific you're looking for? I do already have some boxes of WW and FF

Getting in the zone is something I've tried to cultivate when weightlifting. It almost becomes a bit like meditation or maybe flow is a better description. Definitely remember a handful of people at the old crossfit gym coming up to comment on how "zoned" I was and seemingly oblivious to all the loud robot music and random CF shenanigans going on around me.

425 looked pretty smooth and solid. 457.5 didn't look too bad either, but clearly much slower.

WAT, I was on the never ending string of PRs and good days and I fail 215?? The one I seemed like much more of a struggle than the 220 I did last week. Then I tried dropping down to 205 for some reps and couldn't get it past my nose on the second rep. :\ That was on pretty short rest though, so I'm going to blame that.

Next week is another opportunity. I'll probably swap OHP to first lift so I can go a little heavier there then take it easy on the squats.
