Used a medium sized Rogue fabric type belt, it flew off on my way up on the 3rd rep. That messed up my rhythm and I had to pause for a bit. Think I could've hit more had the belt stayed on.

First set with 55 I was like 2 inches from a second rep.
I can probably do 5xBW+45 when fresh.
At least the gainz are good when I consume all these calories.
