I'd say try and focus on staying on your heels a little longer and more importantly sweep that bar back through the 2nd pull, and keep the bar back during your 3rd pull. You're bringing your hips to the bar when you should be more bringing the bar to your hips and it's causing the bar to loop out in front.




Doesn't get the full bar path as the barbell crept out of frame for a second but it shows the lack of sweeping pretty well.

I'd try messing around with some no-feet snatches and also really thinking about bringing the bar back through the lift and see if that does anything for you.

Kinda did this wrong.. previous 1RM was 415 and I really wanted to 440 (200kg) so I jumped up from 405 because it didn't seem that hard. Well, I got out of the hole for both 440 and 420, but I couldn't quite stand up. So IDK, probably my mostly crap diet and bad sleeping habits from the last several days.

Then did some partner WOD



3K row
1 person rows while the other does KB swings (1.5 pood). Switch off exercises whenever needed. Each KBS subtracts one second off total time. Each team over 13:00 minutes, after subtracting KBS, has a penalty of 50 burpees.

Partner did 1.5km row while I got 80 KB swings, then I did 1.5km row while he did 150 KB swings. Total time 12:13, minus KB swings: 7:23

Yup, confirmed for crabs being wrong. I used someone's "homemade noodles" which had like 145 cals 81 carbs. I ate those noodles twice yesterday, so it was pretty off. I found another egg noodles entry on MFP which makes a lot more sense, 1 cup 213 cal, 8 p, 2 f, 40 c. Nice catch loco.

Anyways, final tally for 12/28 ended up being:
2648 cal, 235 p, 72 f, 221 c

And I weighed in at 208.6 this morning.
