Well I am more reliable than the 2p2 forums luckily.
Last 2 work days skipping everything else.
Squat: 3x5x175 (my old PR is 3 reps of 175 I absolutely murked it with the last workset not even being that hard)
Bench: 3x5x120 (yayyy i get to put a plate on next time, and my last 2 bench went up 15 and now 10 cuz I was tired of lol'ing at myself)
Power Clean: dun dun dunnnn 5x3x70
So after my first month I increased my weights
DL 135>>>225 yayyy
Bench 70 (lul)>>>120
Biggest issue was diet. I ate A TON, but lost a pound over the course of the month
I'm gonna GOMAD for the next few months.
Goals: Initial goals remain of DL: 250 Squat: 200 Bench: 150 Press: 100 PC: whatevers
I also want to put on 10-15 pounds over the next 2 months.
Here's my 225 pr deadlift.
Gonna add 15 pounds for monday it felt good. I want to do 3 plates within 2 months as well!!
