Was super tired last night but forced myself through a workout anyway. Took longer than normal which must mean I was taking more rest than usual and just generally dogging it. Tried out a weightbelt for the first time. I ordered it months ago and it finally arrived sometime last week. I used it on the last couple sets and it felt like it helped more than I was expecting.
