All you plebes that require ****ting assistance amuse me. I'm so many levels above you that you all look like Searix from up here.

Well I had a mild case of the Searix a few years ago and nasty family history of colon cancer and some precancerous polyps removed before I was 40.

Speaking of which, I have a colonoscopy on Monday; unmedicated due to my horrendous recent reactions to anesthesia. May liveblog it.

Me too! (family history and polyps removed) 3 year elbow deeping checkup in June. Good luck with yours. No anesthesia sounds terrible, though.

No anesthesia doesn't sound great, but I'm expecting it to be nothing compared to the time I had bone-on-bone contact between two vertebrae and had to have spinal fusion surgery. Last colonoscopy I had an untoward "freak out" and "exploding heart" overnight afterward which obviously can't happen again.

The fierce battle between the sixers and lakers to see who can tank the most for that lakers pick is awesome in so many ways.

Sixers have benched Embilid for the season. How are the lakers going to respond?

The Lakers have three games in hand in the win column, so I'm not sure it really matters what they do. The Sixers giving Jah 40 minutes a night to destroy any possibility they have of defending the paint or rebounding is going to be a fun little experiment, I suppose. Hopefully they can convince Phil Jackson to trade for him.

Giving Ingram 40 min a game and benching Deng/Mozgov is a good way to start. Lakers have a lot of talent tho so gonna be hard for them to defeat the ridiculous 3/layup gameplan that the Sixers have.

Saric is actually pretty good too tho. He's a nice little gem the Sixers have uncovered. So they may just see if Okafor can put up some numbers to get him into the 1r level (instead of that lol 2 seconds for Noel.

Are the Sixers trying to be horrible for so long they get moved to Seattle?

I quit following the NBA 4-5 years ago and I think the sixers had been tanking for an absurdly long time even then.

Anybody know anything about dead hangs for shoulder recovery/health?

I have added doing them to try and help my shoulder (probably started in January). Not sure if it is helping or hurting yet, but I'm leaning towards hurting. Probably plan on stopping doing them to see how it goes.

I know Joe Rogan advocates those a lot. Throw in some scapular pullups.
