140-155 my sweet point but I hold it for 30min.

High as a facking kite, it's unbelievable but the first 10min always tough.

Never been able to recreate on bike though. Only running and high volume weights (4x10 and 5x10 with 2min rest).

Have you ever tried psychedelics? I have not, but I will seriously look into it at some point. Obv I have nfi on any potential interactions, and it looks like something that should follow a specific protocol, but obv you strike me as a smart dude who would go about things the right way.

I'm just generally intrigued and I don't know much about it, but I found this reporting pretty compelling:

^I super-highly (lol) recommend this to everyone, it's very interesting.

Then as a follow up, I also have listened to this podcast episode, caveat not nearly as interesting or as well done as the Ideas shows on the topic (Aside: Ideas is a great program in general).

I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts on this.

I have done LSD two years back as some sort of therapeutic channel into my deeper self with a list of questions and topics about my life I wanted to explore, and it was the most enlightening day of my life. I suddenly and finally understoodexperienced presence completely and it hit me so hard I just started crying on the floor from utter bliss and understanding of everything and everyone.

I have looked into this and have been in a position to find out more but have done nothing. A close friend of mine knows much and now regularly micro doses. Can confirm he is happier and more open/connected with people.
