Ephedrine doesn't to **** for my appetite. But cutting habits is ****ing HUGE. Especially separating out emotional/bored hunger from physical stomach hunger and eating more nutritious food.

Last time I checked he was a goner. His youtube channel. His sponsor dropped him. He accidentally admitted he had gone on steroids. And he realized people were really just making fun of him. It was quite sad, I hope he makes a comeback all roided up and gets jacked.

He is pretty much right though. If you got the lowerbody it's easy to get the upperbody, because intensity required to make a sweet lowerbody means you will crush upperbody. And if you got the upperbody but no lower, like EV, you in trouble because that doesn't mean jack. You might not have the intensity to build the lowerbody.

His cameraman, Andrew, is handling everything now. This is the cameraman that just treats him like a human being and shoots him and the rest of the gym members at their gym. The "My Story Part X" producers are the ones who are actively mocking Jason or just treating him like a monkey in the zoo.

I find all of his recent content really entertaining despite his physical progress falling off a cliff. He's ballooned up to 226 at 5'7 which is horrible for a guy who benches 315. The "Delray Misfits Crew" show is a very unique form of entertainment. It's just a slice of life with no plot and with an endearing and humorous protagonist. It's like "Our Town" or "The News from Lake Wobegon", but set in a gym and real.

It really is pretty sad, he was doing soooo well with "Coath Adam" in spite of the awful circumstances and his disabilities, but you can't fault Adam for dropping him either. He would basically have to be an adoptive father for Jason to get into single digit bf. His mom is an abusive and neglectful alcoholic and if she could just cook the kid some ground beef, eggs, and chicken breast instead of shoveling him full of fast food he'd probably have competed in a few bbing shows and successfully converted his internet fame into a stable long term income.

He's 30 and has an IQ in the 70s or 80s, yet he seems really happy most of the time and even just being a bagboy at publix and having a trust fund to live off of is a waayyyyy better outcome than most people born into his circumstances could hope for.

Yes, he is right though. I had crazy lower body development and no upper body until Dec 2012 when I first injured my knee.

woke up at 193

50mg ephedrine 600mg caffeine pineapple+egg white shake pre workout

Arms/Delts

BB curl/Rope Pushdown/Cable Side Raise: 75x23,9,7,8,6/90x19,9,10,8,9/30x15,8,20x10,9,8
DB incline curl/db skull/db side raise: 25sx10/11x5 for curls/skulls, 15sx10x5 for side raises
Straight bar pushdown/Cable Curl/cable upright row: 5 sets failure

Cardio: 25 mins bike, 125 avg heart rate 174 cals burned. Lower HR b/c arms is less strenuous than back+chest

I like putting delts with arms and doing trisets. I feel like I'm not getting any extra pumps from ephedrine and barely getting much of a stim effect from EC. I'm cutting for 5 more weeks then going into bulk mode. I think I will hit 210 this winter and that big rant against bulking+cutting cycles I posted earlier is just silly rage.

Have you ever felt strong stim effects from Caffeine, even with ephedrine? I used to take 400-600mg of caffiene and could probably fall asleep, but I've never had huge stim feelings except from old NO-xplode.

Yeah you guys are right, this is kind of strange. Resting HR is around 65-70 and I thought it was extremely low during cardio too.

I'm definitely not immune to stims, clen ****ing slew me and I lasted like 4 days before I had to quit. I remember my HR climbing into the 160s -170s at just 60mcg during cardio on the bike and resting hr being in the 90s.


Since I don't feel like I'm getting much out of it anyway and I only have 4 tabs of E left I may as well take a break.

I had my first really bad bodybuilding workout which I didn't even think was possible. Motivation in the toilet, felt like my soul got sucked out of my body through my nose, wanted to just fall asleep on the machines even though I slept fine.

Press: 160x5x2, 160xf lol damn, didn't I just do 185x5? Lat discomfort was extreme and I felt like passing out every time I unracked and took the first breath
Pullups: bwx7x10 16 mins
HS chest: 45+25x15x2,10,9,8
Pulldowns: 120x15x3,13,12
Selectorized chest: 100x15x5
Cable rows: 110x15x2,12x3

No cardio

I think it was medication side effect related because I had trouble when I got home too and nearly fainted. My BP is naturally low and some of the stuff I'm taking it lowers it further.

I'm not sure if I want to take a break from OHP for a while. The lats pain is troubling.

Clean: 195x3x2, 225x5 just wanted to see what I was capable of. Prob could do 6-8 @ 225. I'm sure I couldn't jerk 225 more than twice however.
Snatch: 175x3x4 got one set on video, one of the reps was like the best snatch I've ever done
Deadlift: 365x10 left 2-3 in the tank. First DLs since februrary, scared for my knee. I just used a high hip start+minor lumbar rounding+mostly pulling with back. Low hip start+focusing on pushing through with my legs is going to be a no go b/c of knee.

2 double doubles and an order of fries from In-N-Out. I cheated yesterday too at my friend's fantasy football get together. I'm not even in the league, i just went to eat, see my friends, and meet my friend's new 14 month old baby boy. His wife went into mega dreamerbulk mode after having the kid, easily put on 50lbs in the 2 years they've been married and she's 5'4. 2 cheats in a row, welcome to S+F, another one lost to the nomzies.

Knee minor tenderness about 2 hours later. I had no tenderness from last lower day, the dl is definitely the hardest thing for it.

Bro I don't know if I would even be interested in bodybuilding/hypertrophy if it weren't for the ability to mire myself in the gym mirrors when I'm getting a pump. TAke out all the gym mirrors and I'm right back to stremph and fatness. Like Louie Simmons Westside level obesity.

Speaking of which, vanity shot dried out midway through the workout. Last nood I posted here I was holding a ****ton of water bc it was at the very end of the workout+lots of sodium, here I'm not as pumped but nowhere near as watery. This was on arm+delt day.



Eating is one of the few things that still brings me any joy in life and I voluntarily deny myself food all day erry day. I want to be facking done cutting already.
