Today:

Front Squat: 3x250, 3x240, 3x230
Bench: 5x160, 5x155, 5x150
Deadlift: 3x350

Squats ok, bench felt better. Did a couple of pullups yesterday with no pain in the shoulder and only felt a mild soreness after benching today, so that's feeling good. Felt my back rounding a bit on the third rep, so I cut it off and did a triple instead of five.

Weight: 212.2

Today:

Squat: 5x270, 5x260, 5x250
Press: 2x5x120, 6x120
Powercleans: 1x175, fx185, fx185, 1x165

Squats were ok, press sort of sucked, cleans were awful. I did a single at 175 as a warmup which felt heavy as ****, then failed two attempts at 185. Was going to do an easy 165 after that, but my calluses were bothering me, so I said **** it and went to lunch.

Front Squat: 2x255, 3x245, 3x235
Bench: 5x165, 5x160, 5x155
Deadlift: 3x355

Solid. Stopped at two on the first set of squats because it was starting to slip out of my hand, otherwise was good. Bench was great, zero pain. Deadlift felt the best in weeks, probably could have done five but went in planning on only doing three again.

Weight: 210.0

Felt like it was going to be a good day when I went in, but turned out to be prettay, prettay weak. Dropping tons of weight atm but not getting nearly enough protein I don't think, probably the reason.

Bench: 5x170, 5x165, 5x160
Front Squat: 3x255, 3x245, 3x235
Deadlift: 3x360

Bench felt good, did it first since both squat racks were in use when I showed up. WIMed out a third rep in the front squat with a G4S style yell, probably made the 10 next to me supersetting squats/front squats/overhead squats wet, ldo. As good as my deadlifts felt last week though, they were that bad this week, my third rep was most likely assanideadlift.jpg bad.

Feels like I'm getting weaker every workout now, everything but the cleans were ****. Legit failed the third rep of the squat, first time in a while for that, took it easy after that.

Solid. Front squat felt good, little dissappointed I couldn't WIM through the last rep at 260 considering how good the first two felt. Bench was fine, deadlift was much better than last week, albeit still a grind.

Weight: 206.0 (RIP 12 log update streak of losing weight)

I should have updated Tuesday then. Woke up weighing 204 something, went for a run in 90+ degree weather, then checked to see how much I'd sweated, which turned out to be around a pound and half. Got lucky son.

Don't know what's going on with my squat. So weak, so much WIL. Press was iffy, powercleans were good after I manned up and attacked my second try at 3x175.

Bench: 5x180, 5x175, 5x170
Deadlift: 2x370

Pretty good. Didn't try a third rep either time on the fs, just did solid doubles. Probably wouldn't have got a third at 260, it had started to come unracked in my left hand. Bench was pretty tough, didn't have much in reserve. Deadlift felt heavy but vv solid, decided to end it on a good note rather than try and grind out a third like the last two weeks.

Weight: 203.6
