What happened to dark mode.

I golf a little more. Joined a club a couple of years ago. Love it. I played with JSICK88 a month ago or so. Fun.

exercise:
Walk. Play paddle (platform tennis) a lot in the fall/winter (fun as hell). I lift for health mostly, nothing too heavy - tbdl/ssb/bench, cables/DBs. Still pretty fat 6'7" 280s always but look normal so idk. Maybe drugs idk. I am not motivated to drugs (anabolics or weightloss, just don't want to).


I grew a half inch which has been great. I think that last half inch was holding me back.

Maybe I'll start logging if I try to lose weight. This is probably why I'm here. Don't really have much else to do so... k. I will do that.



bench ~345 estimated
ssb squat ??? 400?

sometimes some FS. Rarely BS, just can't tolerate it anymore really.

TBDL 500ish??? or rack pull. torso too long to work back into traditional setup and this works fine.



I just do like sets of 5-8 then drop sets and them some cable or db accessories on top of that.


no wl my one true love. need my wrists for real old man sports. (not real sports). Alright. Paddle tonight, lifting W-Fri.

For various reasons I do not plan to log. Maybe some updates here and there.


I just had a health scare (rhabdo! I didn't cause it, covid did... but I caught it early bc I felt ****ed and I'm fine, but no lifting until after thanksgiving I guess).

Gotta do low doses of 2+2 for life imo.

How much blood was spurting out of your entire body on the rhabdo? Hope it was easy to clean up.
