Still battling a nagging strain near my left SI and some resilient pain in my right hip that only hurts when I squat. Hopefully can start squatting and deadlifting in 7-10 days.
Kept it pretty light due to a slightly sore lower back. Focus was getting some more volume in at deadlift which felt pretty good. I'm way too chubby around the middle right now so I've cut carbs for the last week. Would like to be 204-205 by the time the end of August rolls around.
