Tried some pull-ups and deadlifts with little success.
Had a rough last week due to social obligations and a couple of nagging injuries. Right scapula is in rough shape due to bar position and my right hip is nagging me. Then, on Thursday, my right ankle bizarrely started hurting out of nowhere.
Still not feeling that great. Need to get back in it with diet and rest.
