Thanks for the offer...no eating before AM sessions.

So I got married and took a two week honeymoon to Europe. Ate a lot and drank a lot obv. Italy and Switzerland are nice. Only workout was a lot of walking but I still got pretty fat.

This probably should have been cellared for a few years. I drank a bomber while watching "Inherent Vice" and the second half of the bomber was tough to finish due to how sweet it was. Tasty, but would not recommend over others in the style.

Having an issue with bar position and an uneven shoulder girdle. Bar is pressing down on the bottom of my right scapula too much causing soreness. This historically has become an issue when the weight approaches three plates on the squat. I tried to adjust to a high bar position which caused soreness in the left scapula. Thanks scoliosis.

Had a rough last week due to social obligations and a couple of nagging injuries. Right scapula is in rough shape due to bar position and my right hip is nagging me. Then, on Thursday, my right ankle bizarrely started hurting out of nowhere.

Still not feeling that great. Need to get back in it with diet and rest.
