How long have you been doing yoga? Which type? Do you feel like it ever intervenes with your regular training?
I started doing it about a month ago for a few reasons:
1. My SI joint has been killing me (see abysmal deadlift numbers) and I hope that yoga helps.
2. I do it while at work so I get paid to do it. My manager and director do not care that I'm gone for ~1.5 hours to go to the corporate gym.
3. It's not power yoga or anything strenuous so it has no effect on my recovery. Main goal is to get some more flexibility and open up the hips a bit more. That being said I've done some yoga in the past where it was very, very tough to recover from a grueling one hour session.
4. I like it so I'm going to keep doing it and actually sign up for sessions that are twice a week.

Press:
5x3x180
Deadlift:
5x315
Like I said, my back still feels like crap. I definitely want to get these numbers to where they belong and do some more running and cycling but who knows when that will happen.
