What do you use to weight your pull ups? Vest or a dip belt? Or just hold weight between your legs?

I just "hold" a big dumbbell between my legs and try to stay as rigid as possible.

My workouts have been sporadic lately and my diet has been horrible but I'm getting back into it now.
