My programming has been sporadic because of a new job and lots of travelling. I've mostly been running linear progression since I started over in August but there's been a few days where I've listened to my body and backed off a bit. After a few years of lifting heavy I'm finally starting to get smart about backing off in the gym when I don't feel on. I started Texas Method before Christmas and ran it for a week then hurt my foot. This week I ran Texas Method and I'm going to continue with it for a while.
