Too mean? I feel like I didn't used to suck at pullups. Those weren't max effort fwiw. New goal is a 3p pullup.

Squat- 45x5x2, 135x5, 185x4, 225x3, 265x2, 290x3x10
Wide Neutral Grip Cable Row- 10x4, 6x2
Chest Supported RD Flyes- 12x3
EZ Bar Curls- 92.5x5x3, 67.5x12

Squats weren't too bad. Knees feel pretty good but my hip flexors/glutes are definitely getting worn out. Time to microload the curls.

So week 1 is in the books. I'm going to try to add 20 lbs to my worksets for week 2 and try to get a little more sleep. I'll probably start pounding food on Saturday for the next 8 days until I'm finished with the cycle. My knees feel good, but my glutes and hip flexors are definitely starting to get worn out. Going to increase the amount of active recovery work that I've been doing.

lol, no not too mean. I was just trying to be funny with you doing only 1 and 2 rep pull-up sets (lolololol right), I was aware that you used poooods. Being pretty drunk prob didn't help in bringing the funny. It was funny in my head at the time.

1.5p Pullups- 5 singles

1.5p is probably too heavy for proper greasing of the groove. Also not sure that I'm going to get to squat tonight, but I'm sure going to try.

Ugh. Had 3 stouts and a basket of onion rings right before heading to the gym. Not puking was a minor miracle. Felt seriously drunk for about 5 minutes after the third set but it passed quickly.

Diet definitely needs some attention.

Yup. Right down to screaming ECCENTRICCONCENTRIC and being Asian. I don't do my speedpulls naked though.

Cable Row- "150"x8x3

Finished my workout from yesterday. I usually row an easy 500 as a warmup, but today I went a bit harder and rowed a 1:40. I think I could probably do a 1:35. Might have to make a push for a sub 1:30 time and get on the whiteboard.

Close Grip Bench- 45x10x2, 135x5, 155x3, 175x2, 185x5x2, 185x8

Lifted in Western Mass with GreenKoolAid. First couple squats were discouraging but I hit my stride by the 4th or so. Hopefully I can find a place to do 310x3x10 either Sunday or Monday, but I might have to wait until Tuesday when my gym reopens. Will increase bench next time to 187.5

Hanging Medicine Ball Leg Raises- 3 max sets
Bench- 45x10x2, 135x5, 155x3, 180x2, 200x5x3

Squats felt decent obv as I had a bunch of rest, although now I'm 2 days behind and I can't lift from Friday to Sunday this weekend. Legs were getting pretty sore by the 7th set but bar speed remained ok. Bench was decent too, did a good job of staying tight.

So the second week is over and I'm going to try to add 10 lbs to add my lifts for the final week as prescribed. Pretty sure the 275x9x4 will be easy, and I think I can grind out 305x5x7, but the 290x7x5 and 320x3x10 are gonna be tough. I haven't gained any weight yet so I guess I'll start pigging out this week .

It's really not *that* bad. I've been terrible about getting enough sleep (6-7 hrs a night since starting) and am not eating a ton, but I haven't had any DOMS or days where I felt like I just couldn't WIM the weight up. I just feel tired most of the time. Also I now get sore in the middle of workouts.

Yeah I was pretty psyched to finally get to start it. But if my 1rm isn't up at least 20 lbs I'm going to be disappointed. Although my quads are 1.5 inches bigger than before starting, so I guess that's pretty cool.

The 9s make me want to quit after the 2nd set. Both times I've had a discussion with myself after the third set about whether or not I really need to do a fourth. But then I remind myself that the weight is just so ****ing light and that I'm not going to let it win. I might need a ton of stimulants to get through 320x3x10 though; that really feels like the upper limit of what I could do right now.
