Squats felt decent obv as I had a bunch of rest, although now I'm 2 days behind and I can't lift from Friday to Sunday this weekend. Legs were getting pretty sore by the 7th set but bar speed remained ok. Bench was decent too, did a good job of staying tight.
So the second week is over and I'm going to try to add 10 lbs to add my lifts for the final week as prescribed. Pretty sure the 275x9x4 will be easy, and I think I can grind out 305x5x7, but the 290x7x5 and 320x3x10 are gonna be tough. I haven't gained any weight yet so I guess I'll start pigging out this week
